WARRANTEE CONDITIONS AND RETURN
All products on this site are subject to the warranty period indicated in the warranty card of each product, against any defect due to manufacture. This guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use or alteration of its characteristics.
Cells and batteries from equipments, as well as accessories for personal use (headphones, headsets, speaker-microphones...) are exempt from warranty.
Repairs of products out of warranty made by Ràdio Stock, have an additional warranty period of 3 months, as long as device or installation have the same problems.
It is very important to check the correct reception of the merchandise in the presence of the shipping carrier. If the material reaches its destination damaged or clearly handled, you should not sign the delivery note and justify the cause of the forwarding.
If a customer returns a product due to their error, he or she will pay the shipping costs. If the mistake belongs to Ràdio Stock, the customer will receive the correct merchandise without additional charges. Change or refund period of a product is 7 days from its date of receipt.
Ràdio Stock will not accept any return which arrives in poor conditions. To accept the refund, the product must not be manipulated in any form; packaging must be the original one and it has to be in perfect conditions. Invoice and return reasons must also be included in the package.
It is advisable to contact us before any return to prevent future conflicts.
Note: There will not be accepted, under any circumstances, returns of software products which have been unsealed by the customer.
